OUR FLYING VOUCHERS ARE THE ULTIMATE PRESENT. ANYONE WHO HAS NOT FLOWN IN A SMALL PLANE HE WILL BE BLOWN AWAY BY THE EXPERIENCE. THEY WILL ACTUALLY GET TO FLY THE AIRCRAFT , THEY WILL BE AT THE CONTROLS FOR ABOUT 45/50 MINUTES DURING A 1 HOUR FLIGHT (SLIGHTLY LESS FOR THE TASTER SESSIONS).
VOUCHERS ARE VALID FOR 6 MONTHS AND WE WILL DATE THEM FROM THE 25TH DECEMBER AS ITS CRIMBO! THEY CAN BOOK THEIR FLIGHT AS SOON AS THEY LIKE. WE ARE OPEN 7 DAYS A WEEK 364 DAYS A YEAR.

THIS LESSON WILL COUNT TOWARDS THE NUMBER OF HOURS NEEDED TO GAIN PRIVATE PILOTS LICENCE. Taster Session
Full Flying Session An hour long sortie gives you more time at the controls and the opportunity to fly some more manoeuvres during the return leg. The flight covers more ground so you get to see more of the fabulous countryside as you fly along.

Suitable for persons over 15st (96Kgs) and all ages, size and mobility may be a limiting factor.

Pilot Intro Package

Microlighting
Microlight Flying Taster Session

Gliding
Your lesson will be in a two-seater glider with a BGA qualified instructor. You will be launched to approximately 1,200 ft from the winch or 2,000 ft on aerotow and your instructor will demonstrate the effects of the controls allowing you to "have a go".Gliding is very weather dependent. It is impossible to predict the length of your flight, although every effort will be made to ensure you get the best and safest flight for the weather conditions.
Winch Launch
The winch has several thousand feet of cable attached to the sailplane's center of gravity, usually located under the nose of the glider.
As the winch reels in this cable, the glider starts rolling, gets air flowing over its wings, generates lift, and takes off.
At altitude, and while there is still 1000+ feet of cable or more left, the glider pilot will release the rope and fly away.
Aerotow
Towed behind a Super Cub aircraft up to 2000ft giving a longer gliding experience.
Half day Experience
Available on weekdays only, comprising 3/4 winch launches to 1200ft
Full Day Experience
Available on weekdays only and comprising 6/8 winch launches.
